Esther and Emmanuel were married on the first of August at the Palace in Somerset Park NJ. It was a rainy Friday but Rachel and her amazing floral team from Bride & Blossom really made it work by transforming the space with all of the gorgeous florals and extra orchids for the ceremony. I’ve known Esther since 2006 when we went to college together. Its amazing to see these staged in people’s lives. To be invited into someone’s day is really amazing. But what is most amazing is the way Manny looks at her. You can tell right away that he adores her. Not only does he adore her but he respects her too. Its a beautiful thing to witness their mutual bond of respect and admiration. We found a few spots inside of The Palace to do their portraits since it was raining, and had a blast at the reception. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a dance floor fill up that quickly and excitedly. You can tell everyone their was ready to party. Their day was conducted in half English and half Spanish, and it was aaaaamzing to see the older Hispanic people up and swinging their hips to “young people’s” music! Most older people I know would just roll their eyes, but everyone here was ready to party. Congratulations Esther and Emmanuel! May you have a life filled with happiness and love.
