I had so much fun at this Westmount Country Club wedding! I got to hang out and second shoot with my friend Anthony Rudick at Nancy and Nart’s wedding. This whole day was awesome to witness. They had so many special cultural traditions that I got to observe. Going to weddings fairly often its not easy to be totally surprised with the awesome rituals. All weddings are fun, but this one had something special that I was happy I could be a part of. Nancy and Nart were officially married last year, so there was no traditional “ceremony” with the big kiss, but there was a sort of “dance off” which was performed to essentially give the bride away to her groom. It was amazing to witness all the guests of all ages and levels of enthusiasm dance this dance. I think I want to learn it! No, I know I want to learn it! We did their photos in the mostly rain of Lambert’s Castle and I commend Nancy cause it was cold! And their first look was in front of Nancy’s parent’s home. Since they were already married, there was no traditional ceremony, formal photos or even a bridal party, but that didn’t stop Nancy from making sure her girls were dressed to the 9s! Every wedding I attend is so much fun and really gets me pumped for the next one! Spring is here people and I’m excited I got to start off this March wedding season with three awesome weddings, with three really great couples.
