I count myself lucky to be a gifted the wedding loving gene. I've had the cherished opportunity to have grown my career over the last decade to be able share all of these memories with my couples. Seeing the joy and elation on a wedding day as well and forming a connection with my couples one of the absolute perks of the job. Being able to comfort, capture & create personalized art for couples is without a doubt what I was made for.

I want you to know just how good you look, I want your photos to feel fun, effortless and beautiful. I understand that planning a celebration this big can sometimes be overwhelming. The day is going to go by faster than you think. I like to remind my couples to slow down and take it all in. I'm there to capture the day and I’m on your side if you need a minute to breathe or someone to fix your veil. You are choosing the narrator of the beginning of your story. Who better than someone who’s excited for you?! My couples know I have their backs. I"m on your team, and we're gonna kick ass!
TAKING PICTURES IS NOT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING.
Thats right, you heard this photographer! I love captivating images and believe photography has an absolutely essential role on a wedding day. But the most important thing on a wedding day is to relish being surrounded by your loved ones. People over pictures! The more you let go and have fun, the better your photos (and wedding day!) will be. Love on your people, let the day make you giddy, and lend your trust to those hand selected vendors. I promise you’ll have a full and creative set of images that look like you, feel like you, and with moments you’ll cherish looking back on over and over.

We’ll discuss expectations and make a photo schedule to keep the day running smoothly. (We gonna plan, honey!) I’ll need you to fill me in on the significant players so I can be sure to get plenty of great images of your loved ones. But you’ll find some of your favorite moments won’t be planned at all! I'm happy to head to specific spots you have in mind, but don't forget to leave space for your authentic day to happen. I love capturing a tear, belly laugh and all those special moments you're looking forward to.

Choosing Lisa as our photographer was one of the best wedding related decisions my husband and I made. She is so incredibly warm, talented and fun to work with. Its nerve wracking posing for pictures in front of a stranger and Lisa makes you feel like you've known her for years. The pictures we got back from our engagement and wedding were so incredible. They don't feel like traditional/cheesey wedding photos which was important to us. Our friends and family were blown away. When choosing a photographer I really think that their personality is just as important as their quality of work, and Lisa was so much fun to be around all day. Hiring Lisa as our wedding photographer is the best money that we've EVER spent. On anything. Lisa is beyond talented at what she does. Not only does she capture the most beautiful moments, but she makes everyone involved feel comfortable and have fun! Lisa shot our engagement photos, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day. I'm a big fan of engagement sessions because it takes the pressure off of the wedding session. It's another opportunity to get to know each other before your big day & you get beautiful photographs that celebrate your engagement.
I check-in about two months before the wedding to see how it's all coming together. We go over details about traditions, timelines, and important players. I want to know where to place my focus.
